The best and unique thing about this recipe is adding parmesan cheese to the dressingAs always I used lemon juice instead of vinegar.
Made it for a BBQMarinated red onion cucumber black olives and red bell pepper in the creamy dressingAs others suggested I used about half the oil and added a dash or two of water.
The salad was great. I did add a yellow pepper.
