I used panko bread crumbs and pickle slices and it was absolutely fabulous! Didn't change anything else.
DeliciousThe first time I made this I used bread pickle rounds, these where very goodThe second time I hade this I used full Dill Pickles from the Deli.
These were good but I didn't love the plain breadcrumbsI think Panko would have been a better choiceI personally prefer a flour/cornmeal combo but that is just me.
