I wasn't sure how this will turn out but it was delicious! I reduced the chili powder to a tablespoon because I want my 2 year old to be able to enjoy it as well.

Husband wanted something with a lot of cilantro so I thought I'd give this a try even though it didn't seem appealing to me.

This was delicious! Since I'm Vegetarian, I'm always eating Black beans so I tried White Kidney beans in this dish and it was great.
