I added extra curry and substituted cashews for the pecansBecause of the other reviews, I made it the night before a picnic and then served it on brioche rolls.

Easy and fun prep. The curry is such a clever addition. I was slow to accept fruit in my chicken salad but this was truly delicious and guilt free.
