Hello, I tried it today and unfortunately it wasn't really a hit in our family. My husband and our son only picked out a few pieces of meat ... I fought bravely, because I didn't like it badly. Great thing, of course, Indian is something that some people need to get used to. But this Saag-Resept works, I cook it similarly (ingredient wise) but with the same technique - a tip: break open the cardamom and crush the contents in the Moerser - you can then process it better with the other spices to make a curry and above all there is so much more flavor.
