For full disclosure, we have Rotolo's another try because we had a free pizza coupon. Ordered at 5:45, got an update that it was ready at 6:16 as I walked into the restaurant. I didn't get my order until 6:45. They appeared incredibly understaffed, had tons of people waiting for take out orders, and what I did receive wasn't even hot (I live literally like 2 blocks away, so it's not a distance-to-eating-time issue)....
