I generally love Wendy's. Today the service was rude, the guy seemed annoyed with his customers like he didn't want to be there. He asked me to pull forward to wait on my food. So I did, nicely. I waited for 10 minutes just to get cold, old food that had been sitting. The experience was awful! The service was terrible, with mistakes made on the order. There was a person in the front waiting area and 5-6 people in the back kitchen area all shouting together. The female manager was yelling loudly at the staff. It was chaotic and disorganized. The pop machine was sticky and covered with dried soda.
