Ordered delivery on Grubhub. The app failed and it went through as pick up. The restaurant refused to cancel it temporarily so I could put it through as delivery. Ordered again and paid twice. They sent me the original bag of food. How do I know this? Check out the receipt and the timestamps. They wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager when I called.
