Visited KFC drive thru at Oxley on Saturday evening, ordered 3 piece variety meal plus an extra piece of chicken from the KFC app. It took about 20 minutes to collect my order, not sure why as it was busy, but not overly busy, people just seemed to be kept waiting at the collection window.
