When we paid (in cash) at the check in, the lady at the reception didn’t print us the receipt. I had to ask her twice. Then we moved to the place where to set the tents and there were only rocks on the ground. We came back to her telling we wanted to leave and she didn’t give us the money back saying that we paid by card, which is not true. View all feedback.
