Campingplatz Trendcamping Wolfach Im Schwarzwald

Nice location , nice place with good pitches for tents and camping vans. The place has good washrooms.. Everything seems good except the attitude and greediness of the owner. The lady at the reception/ the owner is unbelievable and the reason we will not recommend this place to anyone or go back again. They run a bread service and we ordered breads from them the first day and bought coffee from them and took it to our tents ..the second day we were not feeling to go upto the tent and decided to have coffee in the restaurant. The lady told us that she will charge us for butter and jam and we told okay and ordered the coffee and sat at the table .My wife asked her for plate and knife as we had the breads which we purchased from them already. They were nice enough to give us the plate and knife untill we got the bill .she quoted the bill along with a price for the Plate and knife she gave us. This was unbelievable, cheap and pathetic. If she would have told us initially we would have taken the breads to our tent and had it as the previous day. But after staying there for 2 nights we dint expect this kind of a response. We just paid the price whatever she asked. It shows the greedy behavior and unfriendly attitude. No one would ever charge for plate and knife that too after someone has purchased the bread at the same place and drinking coffee in their restaurant itself. Ruined our entire mood while leaving the place . Business is just isn't about running a place and earning money, it should be also taken care of how you treat your Guests. WOULD NEVER Recommend. Go only if you don't want to use their restaurant or any services ..

When we paid (in cash) at the check in, the lady at the reception didn’t print us the receipt. I had to ask her twice. Then we moved to the place where to set the tents and there were only rocks on the ground. We came back to her telling we wanted to leave and she didn’t give us the money back saying that we paid by card, which is not true.

Great facilities, friendly staff, not too crowded, wonderful location up on the hill.

Beautiful place!! Facilities are very clean, owners are super friendly. The view from the restaurant is Just breath taking! Definitly coming back! Richard en Jeroen

Really enjoyed our stay here. Incredibly clean, very friendly, decent pitches (though ground can be hard) and great spot.
