Was Aliyah McLaughlin at Chipotle Mexican Grill a mag?
I just picked up my order and I want to commend Chipotle for having someone dedicated to processing to-go orders. It made everything so much more efficient! I didn't have to wait for my food, my order was spot on, and my bag even had utensils and napkins included. I really appreciate that! The food I ordered in the app was made incorrectly, but the restaurant staff was very kind about correcting the problem. Our kids cheese quesadilla meals didn?t have cheese in them. !! Other than that this chipotle experience was a bit sub par. Rice was soggy, chips were stale, and the restaurant seemed like it wasn?t cleaned very well. The bowl was fantastic, and the dips were really delicious, but how could they forget the chips that come with the large guacamole? They also don’t pack a fork or a spoon anymore. It’s been hit or miss for me, and they’ve messed up my order a few times recently. I think I’ll stick with Moe's from now on.
I received my order cold, and when I requested an apple juice, I was given a pineapple orange juice instead, which I really didn't like. Additionally, my Large Chips and Large Queso Blanco came out looking like the regular size instead of the large portion I always order.

Well worth the wait! Went in store to place an order for 5 people, I missed the name of the initial line server, he in addition to Joe and Jacine were friendly, courteous, and gave me exactly what I asked without issue. As things needed replenishing theywere apologetic about not having the desired drink or having to wait for food items to be prepped. They do their best to meetthe customers needs and their demeanor made the experience worth the wait! Will definitely be back!
This location is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. I waited inside the store 30 minutes after the time given for the order to be ready. The store was nasty. Food all over the floors, and tables. The young lady making the to go orders wasslinging bags on a random table, not even calling out names for anyone to know if it was their order or not. Absolute horriblecustomer service. I watched my $40 order sit as she tried to make 8 other bowls at once. I left the store without the food afterwaiting 30 minutes. Complete waste of time. This store needs better management, and immediate staff training. Very bad customerservice.
