We ordered two chicken salads and brought them to our room, only to discover that there were no utensils provided. Mistakes happen, but when we approached the staff later, their response was dismissive—they suggested we either come to an agreement or they would call security. Seriously? Invest in more staff or ensure they are properly trained. This was on June 27th at 6:30 PM, and the attitude was unacceptable. View all feedback.
