I would have liked a bit more, but I threw all the thing down in 10 minutes. made me very happy after the landing in vegas! (huge t-storms night)

Mistakes happen, but when we approached the staff later, their response was dismissive—they suggested we either come to an agreement or they would call security. Seriously? Invest in more staff or ensure they are properly trained. This was on June 27th at 6:30 PM, and the attitude was unacceptable.
