Ive been coming to this airport for years. The spread offered on a Sunday night when everything else is closed was quite wide. The two young ladies working there today were copping attitude from a number of people and were just so polite! Airport product prices to its best here, and it is also on a “regional” airport. coffee was what they expect from a 7-11, but it comes with a heavy price. in the morning, the waiting queue takes forever only to get their order; there is only no sense of urgency in register. View all feedback.
Paid $15 for an egg and bacon roll that was microwaved and toasted until it was not edible. Bun was so burnt from toasting too long because they were too busy talking, egg was rubbery and bacon was aswell When I told the girls behind the counter, they just laughed and said I should’ve got sauce with it. Unacceptable! If you are going to charge so much at least make it edible Food: 1
This place is pretty good. Like the chicken schnitzel Turkish bread. Very tasty and crunchy. Pretty good food for Airport. But for me the girl that was serving this night was amazing. She was all alone serving everyone making all the food and coffees with an amazing smile and very friendly. This just made the whole experience so comfortable. Specially after a whole week in New Castle for a business trip, after being so tired and about to get home. This is was great. Thank you for your service today. By the way, even though she was busy, my soy latte was still in perfect temperature and well done. Which means she was giving good attention what she was serving.
