I went to the restaurant to order a Spicy Italian sub for dinner. The young man behind the counter was on his phone, but when he saw me, he stopped and had someone else take my order. There was no greeting or welcome. It seemed like it was a hassle for them to make my sandwich. They didn't ask if I wanted a drink or any other fresh options.
