Food was good, brisket was bland (minimal seasoning) but really tender and juicy I understand why, if its seasoned its subject to people's relative tastes. Not everyone is going to like it. Any easy way to solve this, i have found, is to carry along abit of whatever seasonings you like in a small shaker.
