Our server today was fantastic. We mentioned to the manager that our egg rolls were overcooked and had an odd, chemical taste. The manager responded by insisting there was nothing wrong with them. Then she claimed she was going above and beyond by removing the charge from our bill, which she normally wouldn’t do.
