There was an issue with my order during my last visit. Not a big deal but I ordered a Deluxe Quarter Pounder and I was given a regular Quarter Pounder. When I brought this to the attention of the person in charged, whose name is Sarahi, she took ownership of the wrong order and demonstrated efficiency while providing an exceptional customer service. Buyer beware!! This restaurant wanted to charge me $1.19 for an extra shot of sauce on a Big Mac, something that costs them pennies. This is criminal. They charge 20 cents for an extra bbq sauce, but $1.19 for a shot of Big Mac sauce?! Make it make sense.The owner clearly doesn’t care about his customers, just stuffing his pockets.
