Mcdonald's - Wheeling

There was an issue with my order during my last visit. Not a big deal but I ordered a Deluxe Quarter Pounder and I was given a regular Quarter Pounder. When I brought this to the attention of the person in charged, whose name is Sarahi, she took ownership of the wrong order and demonstrated efficiency while providing an exceptional customer service. Again, this was not a big issue, but seeing employees like this NEED to be recognized!

Buyer beware!! This restaurant wanted to charge me $1.19 for an extra shot of sauce on a Big Mac, something that costs them pennies. This is criminal. They charge 20 cents for an extra bbq sauce, but $1.19 for a shot of Big Mac sauce?! Make it make sense.The owner clearly doesn’t care about his customers, just stuffing his pockets. Although I work in the area, I will not be returning. Shameful!

Never once has this location provided Is me with an accurate order Or proper service. I've had orders canceled on me for no reason. Any time I go to the location my order is wrong and never corrected. The staffDoes not acknowledge you when you try to bring errors to their attention. Do not go to this location. There's a popeye's and Dunkin directly across the street and a BK down the road. Go there if you dont want to be let down

I like McDonald's, but the prices have gone up way too much for what it is. The drive-thru is also pretty slow. At this point it only costs a little more to get Chick-fil-A, which also has a mobile-thru lane. If you mobile order here and select parking space, they'll never get you your food.Also I got tired of routinely getting less fries than I paid for (they don't fill the boxes) that I had to come in and complain to get more, which took several more minutes.
