We are visiting from out of town and just had the BEST ice cream ever at Scoops! A perfect treat on a hot beach day! We'll be back every day of our trip. They have unique flavors like Beachcomber (fruity pebbles and pop rocks! and delicious versions of old classics like chocolate PB cup and Cookie Dough. My favorite for a hot day refreshment?
