Scoops Ice Cream And Coffee Westport

Man, I really wanted to love this place. It 's a nice place to relax with a coffee and a donut and the girl working was nice and friendly. Now on to the negatives. The latte tasted like warm milk with a splash of brewed coffee. I 'm assuming the 12oz has one weak shot of espresso. I believe the donuts were leftovers from Saturday morning. My husband got a sugar twist and I got a chocolate sprinkle cake donut. His was hard and dry, I ended up finishing his after several dunks in my warm milk. Mine was pretty stale, but being covered in sugary topping and a cake donut, it was less noticeable. Didn 't try the ice cream, but the flavors looked a bit meh. Several were gone or bottom of the bucket and a couple had a bit of freezer burn. All that being said, we were in on a Monday during the off season, so I 'm not too surprised. Although, I expect a place that has fresh donuts written on the wall to actually have fresh donuts or none at all. I 'd give this place another chance when the town is a bit more populated. For now, they get one star for ambiance and one for friendly service.

Would have been nice to try the ice cream to leave a review but the hours clearly stated they were open 7am-5pm on Sunday. Our family walks over and it's closed. Music is playing on the outside.. Maybe they need to update their social media to what the hours actually are.

Kids and I loved our ice cream, my two shot latte was alright. Kids seating area and if it's nice they have an outdoor patio. Nice selections of doughnuts although we did not purchase any. Fair on pricing; I'd try their cold brew next time we are in town.

Had a double scoop chocolate brownie thunder ice cream. It was so yummy I forgot to take a picture. It was chocolatey creamy goodness filled with chunks of brownies. I would definitely stop here the next time I come to westport.

We're visiting from out of town and just enjoyed the BEST ice cream ever at Scoops! It was the perfect treat on a hot beach day! We'll definitely be returning every day of our trip. They offer unique flavors like Beachcomber (which has Fruity Pebbles and Pop Rocks) along with delicious takes on classic favorites like chocolate peanut butter cup and cookie dough. My personal favorite for a refreshing treat on a hot day? Maui Zaria!
