I arrived at the restaurant at 7:50 PM only to find out that they were closed, even though the sign displayed their closing time as 8 PM. No efforts were made to inform customers or prepare for closing. As someone who has worked in the industry for years and understands the importance of good work ethic, I was extremely disappointed.
