What User doesn't like about Subway:
I arrived at the restaurant at 7:50 PM only to find out that they were closed, even though the sign displayed their closing time as 8 PM. No efforts were made to inform customers or prepare for closing. As someone who has worked in the industry for years and understands the importance of good work ethic, I was extremely disappointed. Walked in at 10 minutes until 8 and was informed that they were closed. Lol. Sign says 8 and nothing was put away or covered. I have been in business for years and stay after hours, before hours and weekends. Absolutely no work ethic. Last trip to Subway. EVER!!
I was shopping at Walmart in West Union, Ohio. I ordered a BMT sub, but when I got home and tried to eat it, the bread was so stale that I couldn't even take a bite. I ended up throwing it away in the trash can.

I went to order one of the subs that was advertised on TV. When I asked for it to be made as shown in the commercial, the staff seemed perplexed and claimed they didn't know how to make it that way. It was disappointing to see them advertise subs in a certain way but not be able to deliver on it.
