Applebee's Grill - West Memphis

my culinary experience was excellent. we sat at the bar and the bartender was really amazing! What Suze Huijs doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Very poor showing for Applebee's West Memphis. Ordered chips and queso. Chips were supposed to be hot and fresh. Well it was a mix of old and cold combined mixed with tostitos rounds. As a main dinner I also ordered bone in Buffalo wings. When I recieved the wings it was more like Buffalo wing soup.
