It was my first time here and I didn’t like the drink I ordered. I calmly went back in and asked if I could exchange it for the drink my cousin had ordered because I liked her drink. I had barely touched my drink and even said I would throw it out. The manager looked me straight in the eyes and said no. I am very surprised that this happened especially since I barely touched it.
