Having eaten pho since the 80s at various locations throughout the country, I was disappointed to find the pho at this restaurant to be very mediocre. The broth, while adequately seasoned with salt and MSG, lacked the rich and meaty flavor that I expect in a good bowl of pho. I ended up adding some fish sauce to enhance the flavor.
