Having eaten pho since the 80s at various locations throughout the country, I was disappointed to find the pho at this restaurant to be very mediocre. The broth, while adequately seasoned with salt and MSG, lacked the rich and meaty flavor that I expect in a good bowl of pho. I ended up adding some fish sauce to enhance the flavor. I didn't handle very well with spiciness, but that was perfect because the spicyness didn't stay. it was super busy when I showed up at 1230, I stayed until after 1pm and it's quite a bit down. so, order ahead or give them time in the busy times. yet the line moved fast and my eating came very fast. in any case recommend!
First time here and let me tell you something IT WAS AWESOME. I ordered the Bun bo wue in a standard bowl and I had to take some home. The spring rolls were very tasty we tried something new and I can honestly tell you it was worth it. The place is Clean and staff were very friendly and attentive to our every need. In the past I have always ordered the food to go and it's always great!! This past Friday my husband and I went to eat in the restaurant and had a very nice experience. The food and service were great. We got chicken pho and beef pho and egg rolls. All super delicious. I really like how I can choose from different sized pho bowls in the restaurant. Will definitely be going back again. My husband asked why don't we just get pho from here in Harlingen (where we live) And I told him because it's not the same at all Only Le Pho House makes the pho I like I will keep driving to Weslaco for Pho. But it would be great if one were to open in Harlingen.

The broth had lots of flavor and was a good size. The beef was tender not a lot of fat. But the noodle were way over cooks and mushy i love pho i eat it in ever state i go to. I would say this is up there with the worst soup i have eaten. Now i know why You have to pay first. And I got the limeade but no refills so I bought 2 of them when I was done I asked for a Togo cup for my extra drink and was told it's going to be another dollar just do dump my drink I already paid for into an empty cup.
