The staff was amazing and helpful, the location is truly unique, but the biggest disappointment was the rooms. The decor is very outdated, with windows covered in cobwebs, unusual light switch setups that made it difficult to have the lights off while charging my phone next to the bed, and strange huge heavy glass doors for the bathroom.
