We took the Gourmet menu with wines to match. Its like courses long and a very tasteful experience with many subtleties. Friendly and swift service as well. The wines matched the menu perfectly and in contrast to many other restaurants of the same caliber,...the amount of wine they serve is actually consumable before the next course is served. It keeps the price down as well

In the restaurant old weimar sits, drinks and eats well. weep and beer! the national theatre is within few minutes. and vice versa (after a performance in nt.
A nice, modest hotel at fair prices. Parking is available. The center of Weimar is within easy walking distance. However, for an inexpensive single room, you need to be fit enough to climb stairs.
We felt completely at home. Centrally located, but not too centrally located. Reasonable, comparatively low price. You have to be familiar with the check-in machines. Breakfast at the Erbenhof was charming, with very friendly staff.
