Ordered a large cookie cake for a birthday and expressed that I really needed it to he ready for 4:30pm. Arrived only to find out cake was cooked but not decorated which would take another 18 min. I had ice cream Popsicles with me which melted by the time the cake was ready.They are also not very sanitary.
