Ordered a large cookie cake for a birthday and expressed that I really needed it to he ready for 4:30pm. Arrived only to find out cake was cooked but not decorated which would take another 18 min. I had ice cream Popsicles with me which melted by the time the cake was ready.They are also not very sanitary. Ordered a large cookie cake for a birthday and expressed that I really needed it to he ready for 4:30pm. Arrived only to find out cake was cooked but not decorated which would take another 18 min. She put them back together, didn't clean them before cutting the icing bag that she was using to decorate the cookie.If payment was required in advance to have it ready on time, this should be mentioned to the customer when placing the order. I would have made the payment.
The pretzel was terrible. It was thin, oddly sweet but not savoury that was hoping. They messed up my order too. I was not satisfied and was pretty disappointed. Not worth it.
The pretzel bites here have never disappointed, always fresh and puffy! Will definitely come back to try their pastries!
The cookie cake was awesome and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
