first of all, i ordered off of grubhub. now the whole entire shake order is incorrect as i ordered a cookies and cream milkshake. don?t get me wrong, i wasn?t too upset about that i could?ve just dealt with it but as i stuck my straw in i felt a big chunk of something in the milkshake and took out a ketchup packet. that?s extremely unacceptable.
