Jimmy John's - Watertown

What Bob Thompson likes about Jimmy John's:
I generally like Jimmy John's sandwiches. It's why we went there... I was surprised though by how abrupt the service was. I couldn't really understand what some of the staff were saying and the music was so loud that it was hard to hold a conversation at the table. Maybe I'll just do take out next time... What Cheese C doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Good food, the sandwiches are great, but when I order online it always takes them 1 to 2 hours just to make the food and deliver it. I order in town and it takes them so long, only to realize they forget one of my sides, or my requests. I always ask to have my sandwich cut in half and it almost never comes cut. They will alway forget one of my sides. Overall, I recommend if your going there, but never order online. View all feedback.
