Worst experience ever in kw! I got the wrong items for two orders in a week. The owner was nicer than the guy who took our order; and she promised to replace the wrong item with a new dish. BUT, you know what, they messed up the order again; and we got a wrong replacement again. ;( We were completely speechless. This is very bad esp. it is a take-out only.
