In my opinion, this is the best cup of coffee you can find on the high street, surpassing boutique shops and other brands. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. I use this cafe regularly. The tea and coffee are always good and it’s a chain so you know what you are going to get. However, the place is filthy and badly in need of refurbishment.
