Partner had his birthday today and he wanted pizzas from the Loundge so I ordered by phone and collected within the 20 minutes they told me it would be. I went to a coffee shop with a friend. We had to wait to be served and I had to ask if we could place our order. I mentioned that I am diabetic and asked if they used the right milk in my coffee. The waiter showed me the carton of almond milk and warned me not to drink it if I didn't like it. It was a bit disappointing, considering that the service is usually great there.
