Prater's -b-que Catering - Walterhill

What Jeff P likes about Prater's -b-que Catering:
The service is amazingly fast and very welcoming. The food oh MAN the Brisket Sandwich with two sides, brisket was so tender and flavorful. My coworker said this is the best BBQ that he has had on the road and we travel a lot. I loved the sweet bbq sauce and the hot sauce has a kick. What Kari B doesn't like about Prater's -b-que Catering:
We went in after a large party was served. Evidently there was a large party before them which left just after we were seated. There were 2 servers/bartender so I know they were stretched thin, and I'm sure did the best they could. It seemed odd though, a couple came in right before us, ate and left about 30 minutes before our food came. I would have appreciated a heads up if they were really an hour behind to go els...
