The service is amazingly fast and very welcoming. The food oh MAN the Brisket Sandwich with two sides, brisket was so tender and flavorful. My coworker said this is the best BBQ that he has had on the road and we travel a lot. I loved the sweet bbq sauce and the hot sauce has a kick. What Kari B doesn't like about Prater's -b-que Catering:
We went in after a large party was served. Evidently there was a large party before them which left just after we were seated. There were 2 servers/bartender so I know they were stretched thin, and I'm sure did the best they could. It seemed odd though, a couple came in right before us, ate and left about 30 minutes before our food came. I would have appreciated a heads up if they were really an hour behind to go els... Great barbeque! I have never been disappointed and the prices are very reasonable. Right of the interstate so we can grab some food to go on the way home from Nashville.
They never disappoint ️ Food is amazing whether you need a lot to take home for a family meal or just a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal during your day
I had an awful experience with the Manchester location. I placed an order over the phone, four entrees, including grilled chicken and potatoes. I sent a coworker to pick things up. She ended up being berated by the girl working the pickup line for questioning whether she was being given the correct order or not. She was so incredibly rude. Well we showed up for bingo night with friends from this area we're from Hershey Pennsylvania had to wait an hour and a Hour1/2 almost for Are meals. Nobody offered us anything for the delay we were told that the server was chewed out for the issue and that's totally wrong somebody from management should have come out and said something to us.
