I had never had a bad experience with Chick Fil A, up until a couple weeks ago. I purchased a large order, including 4 orders of 4 pc chicken strips which I had never had. Seems to be a recurring event no matter what chick fil a I go to here in Tennessee, but this visit was especially bad. Ordered a number 1 and waited 10 minutes before saying anything. Asked a manager about the order and he asked my name. My wife scanned her app so I said her name but had told the girl my name originally.
