My friend and I were perusing the menu here hoping they might have the standard vegan-friendly sides that we often had to make a meal out of at most Croatian restaurants, and were completely shocked to find it labeled with several vegan and vegetarian options! Don't let the fish restaurant name fool you, this was one of the best meals of our 3 week trip! View all feedback.

Really enjoyed the tofu pasta and the hope. it was so refreshing to find somewhere that labels veggie and vegan options and the eating was delicious.
Riblji is the top choice for vegans in Komiža. All dishes are clearly labeled as vegan or vegetarian. I tried the risotto, but I suggest trying one of the other options as it was a bit oily. I was eager to try this restaurant after hearing that diners enjoyed their meals and that vegan options were clearly labeled. However, most of the vegan dishes featured smoked tofu, which had been removed from the menu recently due to health concerns. As a result, many of the vegan options were not available. I ended up ordering the wild herb risotto, but found it to be rather bland and had to add a lot of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
