My experience at this steak 'n shake is the same as almost any other steak 'n shake, which is to say that overall it 's not as good as it used to be since they switched to ordering on a touch screen and removing staff. I 'm assuming that was done to save money, but two meals with milkshakes was still 26 bucks. The food was fine but the place was empty and depressing.
