I decided to try curbside pickup so this review is for that This was my first time doing a curbside pickup from anywhere and the process was amazingly easy! Samantha was my shopper and she let me know two items that were out of stock (which wasn't a big deal at all) and one that she substituted which I was fine with! What Rebekah C doesn't like about Giant Eagle Bakery:
This store needs to be shut down. It has poor inventory which is not rotated and a staff that is complacent at best and often rude. The store is often dirty looking and aisles are not spaced well. Most prime times there is one check out lane open the others being self serve. Even in the check out lane be prepared to bag your own groceries. Just shut this store down.
