Nine times out of ten I've had a good experience here. Edit* today I had an argument with Shay. After 26 years of working at Dunkin she still doesn't know the difference between latte and a cafe con leche. And she kept pronouncing it wrong. Their manual actually has the correct way but she refused to look and yet called another manager who then also gave the wrong information. Imagine running a business and not knowi...
