After a shaky start with a later than promised check in, the experience just kept improving. A comped dinner as an apology was nothing less than superb. It included a visit from Meghan Carratini, Manager who radiates genuine caring.The hard acoustics are my only complaint, but that's a Miami style targeted at a younger demographic.We love it. Not a great impression.We needed to sit outside which was fine.But service was terrible and slooow!Our appetizers served with some of the entrees.
