We have now eaten twice at L'Ermitage restaurant in Verbier, and both times have been very impressed by the Welcome from the staff and the delicious food. The owner is a lier and thief. We booked for dinner there in January in the morning the day of our booking.. We called to cancel and were told it was fine. Later they took 400chf from our credit card. The manager said we could...afford it because we were rich. And that he never said we could cancel.
