Nestled in a vibrant location, this restaurant offers an enticing array of Asian cuisine alongside a selection of coffees, though options remain limited. The Spanish coffee, highlighted for its rich flavor with condensed milk, stands out. Unique to-go cups add a fun texture, yet patrons note that prices may be steep given the limited choices. Service has faced criticism, with reports of inattentive staff and inconsistent experiences impacting customer satisfaction. While some appreciate its inviting ambiance and superior coffee quality, frustrations around service efficiency and extra charges could deter repeat visits, leaving a mixed impression overall.

Good coffee, better than Starbucks by leaps and bounds. Excellent ambiance, great music, a street level view of life, comfortable space and nice service. If you want a quick coffee out the door while doing 5 other things, stay with Starbucks. If you wish to sit, relax, and enjoy good coffee at a local café, then go to Buro. View all feedback.
What Hillard Boehm dislikes about Buro:
Spending $8 daily on coffee plus occasionally buy wraps. DAILY.And once asked for add a bit more condensed milk cause she did not do it as usually and she said she will charge me extra. This is last time I was back. I hope $8 daily for 3 days a month is really worth extra charge for condensed milk. There are never people there too now I know why. View all feedback.

I bought an almond croissant and inside of almond cream was salty and sour. I’ve never had salty almond croissant before and I was really surprised. Coz that cream was really sour. I asked them if it’s normal for them. But they said they are making it every day and changed their almond cream last week. So that it’s gonna be half sweet. However, when I eat it. It wasn’t sweet at all. I’m sure that I won’t come back there.
This coffee shop is a great spot with friendly staff and tasty snacks. However, there are two main issues to note. Firstly, the sandwiches are stored in cartons that dry out the bread. It is advisable to avoid them until this is resolved. Secondly, the staff seemed unsure about the difference between a flat white and a latte, despite both being on the menu. It would be beneficial for them to receive better training on their products.
I liked the coffee here but I really don’t like the service. In my last experience, I ordered late with “little bit of honey” and they poured so much that I couldn’t drink past two sips.I went back and asked for replacement and they refused to do it because “she didn’t remember me”.I’d rather stick with Starbucks where the coffee and service are both consistent.
Service: 2/5 The baristas could have been more attentive and less focused on their phones. I only noticed that at least 2 tables were dirty when I asked for one to be cleaned so my partner and I could use it. They did come out of the bar to assist us, but they were not very friendly or welcoming. Drinks: 2.5/5 There are better drinks available in the city. The latte I ordered had a poor milk-espresso ratio that muted the tasting notes. Two 12oz. drinks cost us $14, which was a bit expensive for what we received. Atmosphere: 3/5 The café is cramped but has a sleek aesthetic. The layout is perfect for people-watching. I appreciated the muted color scheme and the contrast between the dark walls and bright wood furniture.
