DAILY.And once asked for add a bit more condensed milk cause she did not do it as usually and she said she will charge me extra. This is last time I was back. I hope $8 daily for 3 days a month is really worth extra charge for condensed milk. There are never people there too now I know why.

If you want a quick coffee out the door while doing 5 other things, stay with Starbucks. If you wish to sit, relax, and enjoy good coffee at a local café, then go to Buro.

We checked that they close at 5pm. But they turned off the lights while we were inside coffee shop. It was even not 5pm yet. (It was 4:47pm) They could let us know first before they turned off the lights. This was very disappointing experience...I don’t think I will come back..

Firstly, the sandwiches are stored in cartons that dry out the bread. It is advisable to avoid them until this is resolved. Secondly, the staff seemed unsure about the difference between a flat white and a latte, despite both being on the menu. It would be beneficial for them to receive better training on their products.
