Ordered 6 shots of tequila... read more Was way overpriced, $1000 dinner for 4 and you sit for first 15 mins without a waiter even looking at you, no water on served either. Ordered 6 shots of tequila and the waiter brings us 7 charged at 51usd a shot, didn’t even know what tequila it was and no disclosure. He literally hand picked the most expensive he could find and served it along with a 25% tip for a table of 4 when service lacked. Food was mediocre at best, lacked flavour, several items came out at the wrong time (all at once) and were cold. Sadly this is a Tulum and Mexican issue as they just don’t care about service or customers. Been it IT in Ibiza and Mykonos and they don’t resemble anything of what was experienced here.

They requested we come early to accommodate a second seating but our table wasn’t available when we arrived. They stuck us inside in a corner with no AC. The whole experience was awful. We canceled our entree before it even came and left.
