They requested we come early to accommodate a second seating but our table wasn’t available when we arrived. They stuck us inside in a corner with no AC. The whole experience was awful. We canceled our entree before it even came and left.

Was way overpriced, $1000 dinner for 4 and you sit for first 15 mins without a waiter even looking at you, no water on served either. Ordered 6 shots of tequila... read more Was way overpriced, $1000 dinner for 4 and you sit for first 15 mins without a waiter even looking at you, no water on served either. Ordered 6 shots of tequila and the waiter brings us 7 charged at 51usd a shot, didn’t even know what tequila it was and no disclosure. He literally hand picked the most expensive he could find and served it along with a 25% tip for a table of 4 when service lacked. Food was mediocre at best, lacked flavour, several items came out at the wrong time (all at once) and were cold. Sadly this is a Tulum and Mexican issue as they just don’t care about service or customers. Been it IT in Ibiza and Mykonos and they don’t resemble anything of what was experienced here.
